Your thoracic spine (T 1 to T 12), doesn’t always get as much attention as the lumbar (low back L 1 to L 5) and cervical (neck C 1 to c 7) spines. In this EOTW, we are going to love on our thoracic spines with a wonderful mobility exercise!
